How is CPR performed?

  • Call 911

  • Push hard and fast on the chest

 High-Quality CPR

  • Performed by anyone, even bystanders

  • Non-stop chest compressions.

  • 100 to 120 per minute compression rate with chest recoil.

  • Do not lean over the victim between compressions

  • Proper hand placement on the chest

  • No excessive ventilation
